Google Privacy Policy violation

Hello. My game was removed from Google Play due to Google Privacy Policy violation. Here’s the exact letter:

I’ve reviewed your appeal request and found that your app still violates Google Play Policy. I’ve included details below about the specific issue with your app and what you can do to get your app back on Google Play.

During review, we found that your app, Love, Money, Rock’n’Roll (su.sovietgames.lovemoneyrocknroll), violates the Usage of Android Advertising ID policy in “version code:47” . We determined that your app’s attribution SDK enables collection of IMEI from devices which have an Android advertising ID without prominent disclosure. You must be transparent in how you handle this data, including by disclosing the collection, use, and sharing of the data, and you must limit use of the data to the description in the disclosure and within your app’s privacy policy.

But I didn’t enable Unity ads or anything, I don’t have any ads in the app at all! In fact I didn’t even enroll in this program:

What could be the problem and how can I fix this? Does Unity really enabled something by itself?

Okay, I’ve deleted the Advertisments module from Unity folder and that apparently fixed the problem.

Google Play requires developers to provide a valid privacy policy when the app requests or handles sensitive user or device information. We’ve identified that your app collects and transmits the Android advertising identifier, which is subject to a privacy policy requirement. If your app collects the Android advertising ID, you must provide a valid privacy policy in both the designated field in the Play Console, and from within the app.

I really do not know where and how Unity does this and how can I disable it.

As I understand it, you do not specify a link to the privacy policy for your games. Whether you are advertising or not is not important.
