Violation of Usage of Android Advertising ID

My app removed from play store. They say I violated their privacy policy. Below is the violation they indicated.

Issue: Violation of Usage of Android Advertising ID policy and section 4.8 of the Developer Distribution Agreement.

I am using Unity Ads and Analytics in my game. Please help me someone to solve this issue.

You should only need to provide a privacy policy. I had the same thing happen to me.
