Got Unity Pro but's not enabled?

Hey there,
i got unity pro and activated it for the organisation. Our project is registered as a project of this organisation.
In the account view are two names, one my organisation and mine. Unity Pro is activated for the organisation.

How can i enable it, that my unity get’s the dark skin and that all pro upgrades are working for this project.
It seems to work, but i can’t enable the dark style (it’s says it’s personal?). But i’m the owner of the organisation.

Well, i guess i got something wrong there.

Add license key from help menu

Lisences in your organisation have to be assigned to a user before you can use them. Even if you are the owner.

I did this but still nothin happens, i got a key via email and it says i need to enter it in the unity editor. I know when i first installed unity they asked me for a key. Never seen this window again where i can enter the key.

So i assigned it to me but still nothing.

Got it, in unity → help → manage license → activate new license
