Imagine a sprawling world where AI doesn’t just read uniquely generated dialogue from AI, but dialogue that evolves with unique backgrounds and ambitions that change based on events and interactions with them. A cloud system that can take in user bahaviors and augment how AI will react to you, kinda sorta like how chess AI does today but with more data points in more advanced games.
Not any talk about how AI would generate code for use in the engine though, but it’s revealed they have been working on this stuff for over 5 years now, so lots of interesting things could be going on in the background in this regard, we already know Chat GPT can write remedial versions of flappy bird, and that’s just scratching the surface.
Just a lot of pie-in-sky talking. Nothing really substantive about Unity AI tools or future development.
Currently, Chat GPT can only generate the code available on the net. I asked it to write a script that will generate a bone rig for polygonal hair cards and it keeps giving me scripts that generate error.
