How to debug via VS Code

I’ve installed 2018.2 version of unity on Linux I’ve installed last version of visual studio code on Linux I’ve installed necessary extensions on VS Code for debugging unity project but I can not found a detailed manuals for debugging. In unity editor I’ve set debugger VS Code and open project code due to but I’ve seen this http://joxi.ru/brRLbBNI7Jb8x2 But extension really exists. Please give me detailed instruction for debugging via VS Code or return old good MonoDevelop

You have to install mono too. It only works that way
