Is CCD having issues?

Hello, I am trying to upload some addressables to my Cloud Content Delivery Bucket via the Addressables Group > Build to CCD option in the Unity editor. However, I am getting the following error:

Unity.Services.Ccd.Management.CcdManagementException: Unactivated Org. Please activate your organization via the Unity Dashboard

My organization is active and I have been uploading addressables this way to the same bucket for months.

If I then log into the Unity Dashboard, I get the following:

we did have a issue which affected a few developers.
