I’ve downloaded unity beta yesterday so I could create something with my friends. Now, whenever I try to create a project, that shows up. I tried pressing every posible combination of buttons (Load default layout, quit or revert factory settings) and none of those did a thing. I’m running Windows 10 Home Single Language 64 bit.

I have several other Unity versions, and they work fine.
No it doesn't. With integers Range is not inclusive of the second parameter. It's in the API docs...
