oh boy… ouster+velodyne merge,
well i guess there will be still separate models and data for few years to come… so these plugins will be separate still.

Fixed “final” parsing/position issues, starting to prepare initial docs, asset store assets etc.

Currently supported models are:

  • “OS0-128, OS1-128, OS2-128 Dual Return”
  • “OS0-32, OS1-32, OS2-32 Low data”

(but adding more models should be simple now, so they are coming. going to update that initial and planned features list later)

Currently still in private beta for few users,
once they confirm that live streaming works, i’ll push to store.

Also those old models are now marked legacy by Ouster,
so i’ve added support for:
RNG15_RFL8_NIR8, RNG19_RFL8_SIG16_NIR16 (as those are new default formats in v3.x)

Small update in store:

  • Upgraded unity version to 6000.0 (since asset store starts requiring that as minimum version..)
  • Added initial Mesh Rendering option (like in Velodyne Viewer)

If anyone knows when the latest rev 8 OS1 256 native color data format structure comes out, let me know.. i’ll try to add reader for it (in .osf format).
