Maya textures and unity shaders: Shiny!

I am a noob when it comes to textures. All I know so far is how to fix a uv map, create (and update) a photoshop network, and create a basic color texture on the model with photoshop.

How do I achieve this shine effect?



Can I see some examples of a UV map for something like this?

Question two:

Will at least one of the Unity shaders (already installed ones) be able to “run” this shine effect?

Looks like it’s probably using a cube map for reflections. Take a look at Unity - Manual: Reflective Shader Family
