Money lost from my Unity Ads account

Hello!
My app with integrated Unity Ads was published in the end of December 2023. I have selected “Hold my payments” and never received money from Unity. Since December 2023 my app earned $111+ according to statistics on the Unity Ads Reporting page.

I have two problems.

  1. I cannot find earned money in my account. On the Finance page, “Total unpaid balance” is $4.53. I contacted support 5 days ago, but they did not provided any useful info and now there is no reply from them

  2. On the Unity Ads Reporting page, I can only select statistics starting from January 08, but not before. How to see stats for all time?

To be honest, I’m a bit shocked about this situation. I could expect such a behaviour from some small unprofessional companies. But I never expected to encounter such a problem with Unity!
All money earned must always be visible in account, down to the last cent!

I found some topics with similar problems a few months ago. Does anybody have the same issue in these days?

Same problem. My earning for June $144, but only $9 was transferred to my total balance. The support team responded that I allegedly transferred it to Unity Ads, but I didn’t!
