Ordering PostProcess effects with a script?

I,m currently developing a runtime post processing plugin. Its simply just adding various post processing stack effects to the camera in runtime. But I stumbled upon the problem - I need to do some sorting the custom effects. I unity project ofc I can reorder them manually in the post process layer section. But I dont have acess to it in Runtime.
I would like to know how I can order them?
What I was thinking is that Unity sorting them by script name or list name? For example I had the “Custom/EffectName1” On the very top of my list, but I want to place it on yhe bottom of the list, how I could do that?
I was trying to name various effect like “A0/EffectName2” So it could be sorted alphabetically? But looks like its not. I still can’t figure out how it works?
Also, there is a undocumented function I found inside Runtime Editor inside the PPLayer script called Sort() on the script, but executing it not change anything, obviously, but there is also a function Reverse(int, int) and it actually works. I can execute Reverse(1, 5) and it will reorder the effect 5 to 1st position in the list. … But still it would be easier to juat change the certain naming so Unity will do the correct sorting by its name or so. Anybody?
