[PAYMENT ISSUE] Unity says payout processed, PayPal still empty — no response for 45+ days

I’m a publisher on the Asset Store. According to my Unity dashboard, my payout was marked “processed” on April 15, 2025. It’s now June 6, and there’s still nothing in my PayPal.

I opened a support ticket and sent follow-ups. It’s been over a month and a halfno response, no payment, just silence.

This isn’t a minor delay. This is Unity sitting on publisher money with no accountability. At this point it feels like we’re being ghosted over cash we earned fair and square.

Is anyone else experiencing missing payouts recently? I’d really appreciate any help or Unity staff visibility here, because regular support seems completely nonfunctional.

There is a private Publisher Forum where threads like these are more visible. You can request access by following the instructions in the confirmation emails sent to you after submitting packages to the store. We also have a community driven Discord channel that is incredibly helpful, but screen people by having access to the Publisher forum.

FWIW, historically there are lots of payment issues for a variety of reasons - some on Unity’s side and some on the Publisher’s side.
