[HELP] Payout Reversed, Now Stuck in Limbo — No March Payout, No Support Response

Hi Unity Team,

I’m a solo Asset Store publisher and I’ve been facing a really frustrating situation with my payouts for the past 2+ months, and I’m not getting any clarity from support. Here’s the full timeline:


What Happened:

February payout was marked “In Progress” but never reached me because my PayPal wasn’t verified at the time

The payout was eventually reversed, but instead of being retried, the funds were just returned to my Asset Store balance

I fixed the issue and fully verified PayPal, then updated it again as my active payout method

Despite this, nothing has been paid out—not even my March revenue, which should have been processed by May 15


Current Situation:

My Revenue dashboard shows a balance, but no payouts are listed

No indication that either the reversed February payout or the March revenue has been processed

I even switched to bank transfer, only to discover Unity pays quarterly there with a $250 minimum—which would delay me until July

Out of desperation, I switched back to PayPal (which is now working), hoping that would at least trigger a monthly payout—but still nothing shows up

I’ve submitted multiple support requests (including with AI Assist enabled) and still haven’t received a reply in over a month


Why This Matters:

I’m not a studio—I’m just an independent student developer trying to help support my family. I’ve worked hard on my assets, followed all the rules, and fixed my payout issues immediately. But the system has left me in total silence with months of earnings locked up, and no way to get answers.


What I Need:

  1. Please reprocess the reversed February payout to my now-verified PayPal

  2. Confirm if March revenue was processed at all

  3. If not, why is it missing, and what can be done to get the funds out of limbo?

I’m seriously losing faith in the system and just want a clear, fair resolution. Thanks for reading—and I hope someone from the Unity team can look into this soon.

I have a similar problem. I haven’t received any payments since May. I had previously received them via PayPal. The amounts appear on my dashboard, but no payments have been processed since. I haven’t received a response from support in over a month. Did you manage to resolve this issue?
