Hello, I updated my payout profile for 2024 many weeks ago, when my dashboard asked me to do so. but now, I get the notice that I need to update my payment profile, even though I have done so. and it doesn’t let me update the payout profile either. In the finance tab, this appears:
Payouts are on hold for this organization
-Your last payment transaction has failed.
-The account is blocked.
why?
