Recommended Linux Version LTS or newer

Hello this is my first post here as im a newbie in Unity.

Id try to make my gradutation project using Unity with Ubuntu 18.04.

Ive found that nowadays Unity has two major stable vesions: LTS and “normal”

What do you recommend to use ? In one hand as i need as my graduation project ( Master degree) i have choosen the LTS version, but in the other hand ive been told that Linux version has some problems and is in early stage development, so perhaps the latest version can be an option.

Ideas ?

What is the problem to install both and test it?

I’d choose the lts version as you did, for safety.

Anyway, any version of Unity (Windows and Linux as well; yes, even Windows) has problems and is in “early stage development”. :wink:
