Road Blurry at Distance

The road is textured ahead with a 1024 texture and is tiled throughout the roadway. On the desktop version of Unity the road isn’t blurred ahead but when exported to play on iPad 2 the road become blurred. I have changed the quality settings to the max. I am at a lost because I am fairy new to Unity. Is it possible that I am using a wrong shader or ???

Bump the Aniso Level up.
