[SOLVED] Critical UI repaint bug in Unity 2019.1, 2019.2 on Mint 19.1 Cinnamon, works in Unity 2018

After a few minutes of working with Unity I saw that the settings of my Camera just dissapeared. It looks like in the attached screenshot. What should I do? I removed my Library folder but it doesn’t help. I can’t work with this camera anymore.

My Scene.unity file:

4537990–420673–Scene.unity.txt (9.77 KB)

Just updated to Unity 2019.2.0b1 and I can confirm: the bug still stays.

Tried to open this project in: 2018.4.0f1 - it shows my inspector fine!
Unity 2019.2.0b1 & Unity 2019.1.2f1 - both don’t work with that empty scene.

I tried resize panels but it doesn’t work. It seems that this problem more seriously than just resize the window.
What’s wrong with that camera?? It’s empty without any additional components, all by default.

Double tap on the error “0’s position” shows me following.
I don’t know if it’s important but I don’t have user called “builduser” and I don’t have such directory: /home/builduser/
