In Cloud → DevOps → Unity Version Control → Settings → Integrations → Discord Integrations → Edit Integration there is only option regarding Merge
It would be great if one could be notified in other merge scenarios particularly when a merge fails.

This way, you can automate the merges and receive a notification both if the merge failed or if it was successful.
Yes, we have set up a MergeBot and are looking into how it can fit into our development pipeline and flow.
We did notice that there was an option for Slack and email under the mergebot setting but suggest that Discord be added to this or alternatively as posted that more trigger events are added to the existing functionality where Discord is already an option
