Tapjoy Offerwall migration problems with 'Unity Grow'

Hello guys and congrats to the migration of tapjoy to the unity dashboard. Im looking for help or people with the same or similar situation:

Unfortunately we used tapjoy way before this (I assume, this would be no problem if we would now start using the offerwall) and we already witnessed and managed successfully the past migration of tapjoy to ironsource/unity (with tapjoy-accounts beeing replaced with unity-account).

But with the new migration (integration to the unity-dashboard) we can’t get insights to our two apps (that use tapjoy offerwall) anymore.

The tapjoy-section (and old tapjoy-login) directs us to the new “grow”-Section, with a warning message:

'Your account is currently in review with a member of our team. Please ensure you have added at least one application along with its store URL.'

This situation is now ongoing for over a month.

We can’t see the apps anymore (the insights/performance/settings/etc like usual), nor the apps-ads-text we should integrate on our website… According to this “grow”-Section we don’t have any apps with the Tapjoy-Offerwall.

Here comes the neat part: The offerwalls still working in game of both apps. I assume the payout-part is untouched either…

My questions:

  • Are we the only one with that migration problems?
  • Are we supposed to add our apps again and everything works again without further actions?

We already contacted the support, hoping for similar answers, but they ‘cannot provide further details or answer specific questions’…

We never had any problems with tapjoy for over 4 years - hope someone can help us.

Yes still running. And coincidentally had players recently, which reported that they still earn currency from those offerwalls.

We now “added an app” to the new grow-dashboard, in hoping that the system only needed a new entry to connect our old setup with a new app-entry… But unfortunately this didn’t worked. We now have a new entry for that platform…

So the only thing we can do is wait more?

Can’t someone provide us a possibility to access our data until the migration is over?
Or inform us next time, if you plan to perform such actions…

Unfortunately we need that earnings-numbers every month for our tax-report. We couldn’t transmit them last month and if this is ongoing we can’t for this neither.

Hi all. This is not an expected behavior, but we would need to look into each case to see what’s wrong. It would be great if you could submit a ticket as described below:

  • Recommended option: From the Unity Dashboard go to Help/Support > Contact Support. Step‑by‑step guide with screenshots here
  • Alternative option (direct link): Grow External Community
  • Please include as much information as possible in the ticket—for example: a link to this thread, your Organization and Project ID/name (and Game/Placement ID if applicable), SDK version, Mediation name and version, affected countries/timeframe, clear reproduction steps, and any screenshots/logs.

We did as you mentioned.

The support-ticket was instant closed.
We also got an additional mail with this message:

Temporarily, we’ve paused the support of new self-serve publisher onboarding on our offerwall channel, enabling us to focus on refining our platform and serving existing partners.
Please rest assured that we are actively working on expanding our capabilities to better serve our clients’ needs.

We choosed the subject “Tapjoy Offerwall”, is this the reason why it’s closed instantly and we are treaded like a “new partner” and not (like it is) an “existing partner”?

We don’t want to spam tickets, but what are we supposed to do now?

Hello,

We are experiencing the same issue on our end.

Until February 9, 2026, we were able to access revenue data through the Tapjoy – [Aggregated Apps Summary] dashboard.

However, after the transition to Unity, we are no longer able to find any information related to our application anywhere in the dashboard.

It appears as if our account has been reset or treated as a new account.

We require monthly revenue data for tax reporting purposes.

If access to the dashboard is not available, we would appreciate it if you could provide the data in any alternative format (e.g., report or document).
