Unity asset server error "all database view does not exist"

Hello Everyone !
I have installed unity asset server for windows 8 and I can’t use it because of this error in my unity:

1. The server is correctly lanched

2. The service is correctly configured

3. The user is correctly configured and use local user doesn’t work

4. This is what I tried with cmd

and I tried to reinstall, of course.

Any idea ?
