I’m trying to understand the situation regarding my Unity Asset Store payouts. Here’s a summary of the issues I’m facing:

My auto payout for August revenue was reversed in September due to a required update for Canadian users on PayPal.

I verified my account promptly, and PayPal confirmed that everything is resolved on their end.

As of today, my payout is still listed as “In Progress,” having previously been reversed, and it only changed to this status on the 15th of this month, with no payment received yet.

I have not received the auto payout for my September revenue.

I reached out to Unity Support over a month ago (case numbers #1947757 and #1964679) but have not received a response.
Overall, my payouts for August and September remain unresolved, and I’m seeking clarification on the lack of payment and response from support.
