About a month ago, my Asset Store payout failed, and I still haven’t received any of the funds. Unity’s support team has been super unhelpful, closing all three of my support tickets without any response.
Originally, I had my Asset Store payout preferences set up for a wire transfer. Unfortunately, it looks like there was an error with the banking details I entered.
When payouts were processed from June to September, my payout was initiated but failed due to this issue.
Here’s the email I received notifying me of the payout failure:
After receiving that email, I updated my payout preferences to use PayPal instead. These settings are now working, as I received payments for my October earnings. However, all of my earnings from June through September are still missing.
I have submitted three support tickets regarding this issue but they all have been closed by support with no response.
Unity, I’ve done my part to update my payout details, but despite multiple support tickets, I still haven’t received the funds I earned. Closing my tickets without a response is disappointing and unacceptable. Please take responsibility and help me recover what I’m owed.
