Unity ID Blocked

My personal Unity Account was suspended on 2/1/2024. I received an email saying if I believe it to be an error click here, which lets me submit a support ticket. To view the ticket I have to be logged into an account that I cant log into. I’ve got no way to reach out to support on it, but I do have the ticket number. #1776500

The email says there’s a 2 month delay. You’ve locked me out of my personal projects and asset store assets with no quick way to resolve the issue, the forum is my last hope. I’ve had to remove myself from the Game Jam I’ve been participating in because I can’t use my personal account :confused:

The account I’m creating this thread with is the account tied to my work email, and is what has the unity pro license. I suspect my personal account was suspended because I sometimes forget which account my unity hub is signed into when opening projects. The process of switching accounts is tedious and sometimes I skip checking what I’m using.

What can I do to remedy the issue? I wasn’t even told why the account was suspended.

you have to make an anothe unity account, because your account may be suspended due to spam activity you do.

I’m not sure what you mean by spam activity?
