[URP] When will the new sample scenes be available?

When will Unity release the new URP sample scenes? Will it be available with the release of 2023.1?

We are working hard on finishing the scenes. The plan right now is to release it initally with the 2023.2 beta and then 2022LTS a bit after. The reason for releasing in the beta first is to make it mature a bit before we commit to having it in an LTS version.

This means that (according to plan) it will not be made available in 2023.1 but will be available in 2023.2 onwards (and 2022LTS)

Thanks for the clear information!

As a developer, I also think it’d be nice to access it earlier because it’s an excellent official learning resource of URP.

I would say it’s very unlikely that we will have it ready before 2023.2 goes out of alpha
