Virtual Goods in 3 Minutes: Cloud Goods™ Coming soon to the Asset Store!

Hey guys,

This is what we have been developing for the past 3 years behind the scenes, and we used our games to drive the development of this service to its current maturity.

Briefly, Cloud Goods allows any game to use Virtual goods without having to spend time developing the back-end server and store, drop in the Unity3D SDK, generate your items, and snap in your item behaviors into your game. This is just the tip of the iceberg, and I will be releasing more info with its beta release scheduled for Q3 2013.

We are aiming for Q3 but might be doing closed beta invites soon, we put a newsletter sign up on the site today and will be providing closed beta access to subscribers soon as we can.

There have been a great deal of updates since this post. The Beta is progressing smoothly.

I will post an updated Video of the SDK working the the Viking Demo from Unity.

I will make a new post once this goes public.
