Hi there, I have been working with the water system from unity HDRP and I coded a Floater (Script to keep the boat floating) which works perfectly fine as long as there are basically no waves but as soon as I turn up the wind speed in the Simulation component of the water surface object the boat will sometimes be way under the water and other times float high above it. Is there any solution to this problem and if so please let me know. Thanks!

new hdrp water system has its own thread in the hdrp forum, the link above is probably what you are looking for. You can check the next pages or the newer versions of the water system for more up to date samples. Package manager has water samples that you can download directly which contain similar script to the one linked above
