There’s not much to learn about the debugger itself, it basically has a enable/disable toggle and that’s it.

The information it displays depends on the rendering pipeline you use, and how you’re using it. So I guess you mean learning about graphics rendering in general, things like pipeline state, resource binding, draw calls, passes, buffers, textures and similar stuff. There’s tons of resources about this online, but it’s also an extremely wide topic so you might want to focus on something specific.
