Decal AO and extras need to be enabled in the render pipeline asset (it’s on simple mode by default for performance).
As for the stepping visual artefact, I believe this to be the fault of the texture being low quality, and it becomes more evident in this situation.
hippocoder, I turn it on. And texture is normal quality as you can see on the nearest picture. It’s 1024x1024 and I turn off all compressions it’s still look the same way.
O.k. I got that. Problem was in a streaming mipmaps. This feature always work not as it should.
