I have disabled ad delivery status in Unity Ads and I can't show ads in my app

Hello,
On November 19th I log into Unity ads and see that there is no traffic. I thought it was temporary and that it was due to the maintenance of Unity servers that day, but on November 20th I saw that Ad delivery status was disabled. Next, I searched in all places for a mention of the problem (On the website and in the mail). On the 21st, I wrote to Unity support, but they are not responding. I’m also a webform. And also silence.

Now I am writing to this forum in the hope that someone will help me solve this issue. I will be very grateful!:blush::blush:

For no reason yesterday, my game’s ad display was turned off. I think there is a system error. I think there may be many people experiencing this problem because I noticed that the ad display was turned off 4 days later. I noticed that the ad was turned off only when I examined the income a little because I have many games.

Face same problem

And how did you solve it?

Support wrote: get paid support or search for solutions on the forums. It’s very interesting that they didn’t even send my form to the relevant unit. They said this and marked the ticket as solved.

With this attitude we should switch to Google AdMob

It is really sad that they behave like this despite our partnership of many years. If they cannot produce a solution, unfortunately they leave me no choice but to use alternatives in the applications I have problems with.

I got the same problem for many games. I emailed to support and waiting for them. Anyone know how to fix?

I have the same issue. I have been using Unity Ads for years now due to the easy integration and so far good experience. Obviously I haven’t done anything fraudulent. First had it happen for one game, sent an appeal and still waiting for response (about a week now). Now I noticed the same thing for another game. Depending on how much revenue a game is generating, this can be a significant issue.

Has anyone with this problem successfully resolved it?
