Manual activate error.

I received 500 - Internal Server Error on unity manual activation page. (https://license.unity3d.com/)
After .alf file is selected and ok button is pressed. page displays me 500 - Internal Server Error on blank empty page.

Please, help me.

I’ve retried activating like a hundred times, then it prompted me, finally, with the option to use the manual activation. After just refreshing and going back and forth it let me log in. This resulted into the same error a couple of times until it finally worked! so just refresh, refresh, refresh should solve it eventually…
