Missing a setting for a nice baking ?

Dear GI and baking experts,

I was trying to rebake a scene from ArchViz pro vol 6 package for those who know it.
Please see below, I get a lot of noise in my bake. I thought my settings were very good… but I guess I am missing something ?
Any idea ?
Denoiser is on though…

This is using only area lights, with Unity 2019.2.6f1.

Thanks !

A lot more samples.

For nice looking indoor scenes, you need a sample rate of a few thousands like 5000.
Maybe also give OptiX denoising a try.

Thanks guys, but then my bake time just explodes… Maybe some other setting to tweak then ?
I am baking on a good gaming PC (i5 4590 - 16GB ram, RTX2070)

I mean, increase samples but decrease something else ?

If you have a RTX 2070 you should bake with the GPU lightmapper not CPU.

It is still in Beta, so I am afraid of the results
thanks

The denoiser is NOT on, it says none in you screenshot. Enabling this, especially for indirect should make a big difference.

Thank you all !

I also just did discover and tested the GPU lightmapper… amazing…
