Hi all - Do any of you use Project Management software?
I’m looking for some, which includes a gantt chart, Kanban board, todolist, time tracker etc… While I am fine to pay for something if it’s good, I’m not looking for monthly subscriptions (which seem to be most options out there).
Maybe some of you have found a good P.M. especially for game dev’?
Any opinions/experiences?

Cheers all - I’ve just set up a trial for the Atlassian/jira software - but hacknplan looks very interesting… (a shame the gantt charts aren’t in the lower models) - interesting stuff for sure.

I’d also suggest looking at Visual Studio Online. We don’t use their project management tools, but the whole kit is free for small teams and seems nicely integrated.
We just use Trello. The process is more important than the specifics of the tools, and it gets the job done. That said, it does have limitations which irk me, such as a general lack of bulk operations (if you want to move a dozen cards to another board then you need to click through the process on each card) and a general lack of import/export options.
AirTable is a similarly generic tool which seems super flexible, while using standard data tables as the backing data structure.

I’d say HacknPlan is way better than Jira (Jira is tooo damn generic for the game dev).
