Unity Debbuger not appears on the environment list

Hi! I cant debug cause as you can see in the image Unity debugger not appears on the list. I did debug before with my 2d game but now I amworking on a 3D project but I cant debug.

Unity Debugger extension is uploaded.
VS Code Version 1.6.
Unity Version 2019.4.30f1.
What I tried;
In external tools, reset argument. regenerate project files,
reupload Unity Debugger extension,
checked if there is already a launch.json.

I installed CSCS Debugger & REPL by Vassili Kaplan and it worked somehow.

Must be nice in Visual Studio, it works twice then never again. I wish unity developers actually looked at bug tickets
