Unity Water Surface issue

I am implementing water using HDRP’s Water Surface, and as shown in the attached image, when the camera touches the underwater collider at the water surface, the screen turns blue. However, what I want is for the sky to be rendered in areas outside the water. How can I resolve this issue?

local fog volume for underwater area?

What version are you using, this looks like the initial underwater on 22.3 that didn’t detect the waterline.
You can either disable underwater or upgrade to unity 6
