Detail Prototypes not visible in build

Hello, I encountered a problem with some meshes being displayed incorrectly in the build.

I have scene:


Same place in build

For some reason, sand meshes and flower meshes do not want to appear on the terrain. This is observed on different versions of Unity.
Why is that?

Model Import Settings:

The material probably doesn’t matter since there is a mesh that represents the terrain. All elements have the same material.
