My Unity Personal License has been revoked for no reason, and I cannot create a new Personal license. This is what it says when I try to create a new personal license.
I have never ever used Unity for commercial purposes so it’s impossible to revoke my Personal license for that reason.
Can anyone help me with this issue?
Is your Unity account email perhaps using a domain of an organization that may have a Pro license? For instance, if you originally signed up with Unity using a former company’s email address but haven’t changed that email since.
In any case, sign in on the Unity website and check your personal profile. Perhaps there are additional clues such as Team member assignments or similar.
It may also be a temporary issue.
No, I have never used any other email besides my personal email for Unity.
It even says on the Unity Cloud website that Unity Personal is active on my account.
I have not been able to create or use any of my current projects for 2 months now and Unity Support has been of no help either.
