or way for get normal world on terrain

To keep tracking:
Unity team seems to works on it since Nov.2019 .
Another Feature Request post for Terrain ShaderGraph .

This is the only solution I have for now: Shader Graph for Terrain - Unity Engine - Unity Discussions (tutorial video is 4:30:00 long and in french. Hope you’re motivated).
