Post processing game view different than scene view help

i have a urp project, i set all my lights to bake and all objects are set to static, i made a box volume of these area and adjusted some post processing (Bloom, tone mapping aces, shadows midtones highlights) and i set my game camera post processing check box. why is the scene view different than the actual game view? is there a way to make them the same?

Check that this dropdown has Post Processing checked in the Scene View

yes, thats checked. could it be render settings? this is a urp project
